Nepean is a large area encompassing many different neighbourhoods offering single family homes, townhomes and rentals including Hearts Desire, Rideau Glen and Clear View and Fallowfield Village. The area has undergone rapid growth in recent years in both residential and commercial development.
Neighbourhood Details
Built around the NCC Greenbelt, there is plenty of greenspace and many recreational facilities. Nepean has many schools, both Catholic and public. The community has two golf courses, a driving range, three marinas, an equestrian park, toboggan hill and two beaches along the Ottawa River. Hiking, cycling and cross country skiing trails are found throughout the area, mostly within Pinhey Forest and Stoney Swamp parks.
